General Question

First, you’ll register for therapy, either online, in person or over the phone. We’ll ask you some questions to learn more about you, your reasons for coming to therapy and your goals.

Within two business days, the therapist assigned to you will contact you to set up your first appointment. We have day, evening, and Saturday appointments available for your convenience.

Before every session, once you check in at the front desk, you’ll fill out a questionnaire to evaluate your level of distress over the past week (it will always be the same questions every time- think of it as your “emotional vital signs”) This helps you and your therapist assess how you’re progressing with therapy and if any adjustments are needed to ensure you get the best results.

Sessions are 50 minutes long and unless you are receiving therapy with another member of your family, they will be one-on-one with your therapist.

We have been providing therapy for the community for a long time. Through the use of the Outcome Questionnaire that our clients fill out at each visit, you and your therapist can see how you’re progressing and make adjustments if needed.
